Maytag model LDG7304AAE gas dryer does not heat enough
The flame ignites and stays lit but it does not seem to put out enough heat. It takes 2 to 3 times longer to dry clothes than it use to. Air flow is good,I cleaned all the ducts. I have by passed the High Limit Thermostat to make sure it is not kicking out but do not know where to go next.

Many times you may think you have cleaned the lint out but until you take out the drum and look through all the air passages you cannot know for sure. It sounds like it is still clogged and bypassing the high limit is a good way to have a fire which you will surely have if it has a good buildup of lint where you have not checked. It usually is in the duct that rises from the bottom and goes into the rear of the drum where the lint is built up like concrete and you will never get it out until you remove the drum and the piece and wash it out and scrape it as well.
