Biological father wants rights over his son!!
Ok here I go, when I was pregnant in 2004, the biological father and I separated. Another man came into my life, who I was seeing the same time I fell pregnant, and he signed at court that he is the father, so did I with him, which unfortunately was not actually sure of what I was signing as we are in cyprus and everything is in greek, I assumed it was a procedure straight after hospital. We both new at the time that it could possibly not be his. Especially when the baby came out-he looks exactly ike his biological father.

2 months later I did a dna test, it was negative to the man who was the parent of my son at the time. Who also made me sign at court. We married and had another baby together as the biological father would not answer me or have anything to do with his child. Me and my partner after 4 years got a divorce, and biological father contacted me, we have now been together 3 years. We have been going to court for the past 2 years as we want to change our sons name, and the court will not accept because I signed at court when the baby was born. My ex husband has the right over his daughter and not my son, he pays maintenance for his daughter and not our son, so if the biological father who will now be my husband and is the best father my son could ask for, is not allowed to have the right over his sons name or birth certificate, what happens, my son stays uknown!?

Help... I hate the courts and feel my lawyer is just making money and I am not getting anywhere!

I'm very confused as to what your question is or why you think your son will "stay unknown," whatever that means.

Let me try to clarify: you became pregnant, separated from Man A, met Man B and got married to him, knowingly falsified your son's birth certificate and stated that Man B was the biological father. You then had a daughter with Man B, separated from him, reunited with Man A and now want to remove Man B's name from your son's birth certificate. The courts are telling you that you cannot change his birth certificate for whatever reason. Is that correct?

I cannot fathom how your ex-husband is not being held responsible for both children that he is the legal father of. Did he inform the court that he only wanted to exercise his rights to the daughter? Even so, he should still be paying child support for both children.

So I guess my question is: what is your question? What are you trying to accomplish?
