    Anybody know about the private investment company ziggurat panama SA?
    Is this company is real or not?

    No, go see Mortgage Grapevine posts. These guys have a bad track record and now use Panama as an offshore shield.

    They may have closed one loan in the past, but they can't (I) verify "proof of funds" and (ii) they don't have any references.

    And into the DD process, you'll be asked for fees to cover expenses. Then 12+ months will pass and you will have wasted a year of valuable time and likely place your project in financial ruin.

    Hi Guys we are looking at them as we have a Panamian company already set up, what they don't know is that our lawers are a 5 minute walk from their registered office, I will dig further and keep you posted
