    Fraud under 5000?
    A friend of mine wants to attend a wedding in vegas and wants to know if she needs a pardon has she got charge with fraud under 5000 ,12 to 13 years ago

    Where is your friend from? Money talks, so you can get a pardon for under $90 in Canada. Don't know about the States.
