    New Commercial cleaning company in New England
    Hello to all.
    I am starting a commercial claning company in new England. I would like some help on bidding on jobs. I am not sure which way would be best by the sq foot or by the hour. I also am not sure of how much by the sq foot or how much by the hour I should charge.

    Pricing for commercial is usually by the sq ft and checked by your loaded hourly rate.

    Let's start with some questions:

    Are you incorporated yet?

    Do you have basic insurance; liability, etc?

    And please tell me what experience you have in the cleaning business?
