    Warm water cold water Kitchen taps
    Good Morning Sir:


    In the kitchen when you turn on the cold water there is warm water coming out of the taps.

    Somewhere down the water line a hot water pipe is sending heat into a cold water line, and it takes a while for it to run out. It's normal unless it never gets cold. Answer back if it never does.
