    Oregon real estate can I buy back my forclosed house?
    My house was forclosed last year. It came on the market this year. I came into some money. Enough to pay cash for it.can I buy it back?and will they come after me for balance?

    Depends on whether, under the terms of the mortgage they can sue you for the deficiency; or whether Oregon has an anti-deficiency statute. You should consult with an attorney in Oregon. And, fortunately, you have the money to enable you to do that.
