I had drank two beers in about 1.5 hours at 7:30pm the previous night. At 10am on the next morning, I had to take a urine test, where they do test for ethonal, for the my job. I had a large dinner and
A large breakfast. I was wondering if I will show positive for my test. I don't know if this is a factor, but I am 6'7" and 370lbs.

Any test for ethanol should be negative given the amounts and time span cited regardless of morphology. Food intake, both pre-and-post consumption are also in your favor although probably unnecessary considerations.
