We don't know how old you are.
Even with the phone number, you won't have any power of choice, sorry. If you just hate her and want to die, they will put you in a hospital.
Your aunt should be talking to your grandmother about this. Try to get permission to stay with your aunt as much as possible and work this out.

Call and report the abuse. If it is founded (you can prove it) you will go into foster care followed by adoption. You ask about adoption so I am not addressing another guardian.

You can also talk to someone at your school - teacher, principal.
