Stipulation Agreement
Hello, I received by mail a court summons from chase credit card lawyers for nonpayment. I was not served and never went to court. I called chase directly and set up a payment agreement. I am willing to pay it. The lawyers office sent me a stipulation of settlement to sign in duplicate and send back to them. Do I have to send it back? Will they have me legaly bound if I do? Thank you for your help.
