    Pregnency
    Last month my period date was 29th January 2011 now it is 19 days running and you know I am trying for a baby. Sudden I feel weak and more hungry. Some time I feel lower abdonminal and back side pain. All time I feel sleepy myself. Do you have any idea why I feel this? Or is it early sign of pregnency? Before missed period how I know I am pregnant?

    You can try a home pregnancy test, some claim to be accurate up to a few days before a missed period. Most women don't experience symptoms that soon into pregnancy, so don't get your hopes up too high just yet. Especially since pregnancy symptoms are also the same symptoms for tons of other things too. A test really is the only way to know for sure if you're pregnant or not.
