Just wondering if there's anyway to file a petition for full custody if we already have a parenting plan. I didn't want to do this but her father doesn't care about her well being. He is an alcoholic and does not care about her education. While I was with him he withdrew her from school and was suppose to home school her. Never really taught her much now she is behind about two years. I got her in school, she was getting caught up and starting too much better. Now he goes and pulls this not returning here after Christmas vacation and once again she is not in school.
I am also tired of him calling threatening my fiancé. He always leaves me voice messages and text messages telling me to tell my fiancé this this and that. Which is something he is teaching my daughter because now she thinks its OK to text me messages calling me not such nice names when she doesn't get her way. I just need to take control of the situation before she gets older and her life is messed up. What step can I take to do this.
