    Ssd for 18 year olds
    My son gets ssi, he turns 18 June 25, can I apply for ssd for him, thanks tony

    If when he turns 18 and you continue to have legal/medical guardian ship over him, then yes. If not, he will need to do it himself until you can file to become his guardian.

    What is his diagnosis? This can help me answer you better.
