Children's movie

Now bare with me, I'm just writing down what I remember.
I remember there were these kids and they were completely normal but then somehow(I can't remember how) got transported to a halloween town. I'm pretty sure they would sing songs and there was like a creature stirring a pot of something

And NO it is NOT Halloweentown from Disney. Now also keep in my mind that I'm a 90's baby. I don't know when this movie came out I just remember watching it when I was like 5 maybe 6. HEEEEEEEELP this is really bugging me
