I lived in Marietta Ga. I vacated my apartment unit on Feb 4th 2011. I went in leasing office on Feb 5th and requested a walk through. I was told not by consulting assistant manager has my file and that she couldn't do it today. The assistant Manager came out and stated it would have to be on Monday feb7th. I called leasing office on feb7th and informed she was off. I asked why was I told feb7th consulted said she called in sick. I asked to speak to manager and again left my contact info. I was contacted this morning Feb 14 and told by assistant manage that she completed my file and there were cleaning fees of $81 for inside of oven and toilet stools being dirty I have a dispute and want to know leagally if anything can be said or done to get all my security deposit back. I was not giving the opportunity to be present for the walk through as well as its 10day later after vacating premises and finding out fees I read somewhere that Georgia law states they have to inform me of fees within a 5 bus-day of fees can you give me advice I have had so many problems with this apartment complex from mold to a exact 60 day notice please help
