    I have complex cyst on right ovary. Is there any problem to get pregnancy?

    It would be best to check with your doctor as sometimes it may, but often it does not.
    There can be a hormonal influence that may also effect conception. Does your doctor want to treat it or are they going to wait and see if it clears on its own? Are they doing further testing to determine whether it is a concern?
