    My check from IRS to chase bank didn't clear?
    My I.R.S refund check was written to chase bank.I procceded to deposit my refund into my
    Account,Meanwhile, I withdrew $1500 to pay some bills.Chase bank alerted me that the check
    Didn't clearand that I will responsible for all overdraft fees and that the remaining balance of $2100 hundred dollars will be taken.becuse of this.
