My inheritance is being kept and maybe stolen from me, help me
I'm almost 30 years old and I inherited money from my Grandmother when I was 18. I believe I may have had access to it 5 years ago and my uncle is lying to me. My Uncle was made in charge of the will and won't give me my money. I think he may have taken or borrowed some of it and is now trying to put it back. What do I do? How do I know if he has stolen from me? If he did, how can I get it back? How can I make sure I get my money, soon, and ALL of it?
    Thank you,
    Erika

I would petition to get a copy of your grandmothers last will and testiment to start with. It should spell much of what you are asking out... such as how much... and what form it was... and how and when it was to be disbursed.
