Moving away with no custody ruling
Can I move away out of my home state (Alabama) to New Hampshire with my two children who have only met their "fathers" two times in their lives? No custody or visitation order has ever been done and only now that I plan to move have they both suddenly decided to threaten to take me to court. Neither wanted a child nor wanted to pay support until forced by DHR.
