    How can I get legal rights for my daughter?
    My daughter was asaulted by a mental ill patient at a facility who was supervising them after several harassment incident by him. I am now preparing a civil law suit and need to gain rights for my 21 year old mentally challenge daughter in court. How can I get this started?

    Who has rights over her at this time? How challenged is she (can she stand for herself) ?

    Yes, assuming she is committed to the mental health facility did someone have the rights over her to put her in, or did she sign herself in.
