    Value of my Old Piano
I just got this old piano from my aunt. It's a Lester Betsy Ross Spinet. The manufacturers date on it is 1947. I wouldn't say it's in excellent condition, but it is in really good condition. It's clean. It's tuned. I am not looking to sell it; I just would like to know what it's worth so I know how close to let my 2 year old get to it. LoL

    Can anyone help me?

First when was the last time you had it professionally tuned, the board inside and the ability to tune has a lot to do with value. ** when you moved it, I will assume you had it tuned, if not, then no it is not "tuned"

But a quick review of other similar pianos appear to be 1000 to 1500 unless there is some other history to it,

Greetings from Michigan, I have an old (abt. 100 years) upright Kimball in my basement that needs to go! I took a picture of it to the local piano place, and he said he would charge me minimum of 350 to have his guys take it out, where they would then smash it and put it in a dumpster. So, I...
