Are you just trying to run a hose from the sink to the tub or install some type of bypass? To just fill the tub, HD and Lowe's sell all types of bulk hose. Find the size that fits the aerator on the sink, use a screw clamp and fill the tub. It will take a long time to fill since sink faucets are regulated. If you are trying to install a bypass, you will need to consider system pressure. What are you trying to accomplish and what is your plumbing issue, maybe we can help there.

Maybe you can tell us what's up with your tub valve and we can help with that too. MMost valve can be fixed.
