Small red bumps around the rim of head
Hi I'm 19 and have been in and out of relationships, I have had small red bumps around the rim of the head on my penis. They seem to always be there(erection or not) sometimes end up even more red after masterbating. If anyone could possibly know what this might be please give me some info on possibilities
