Which Date is my Final Asylum Approval
I was Granted Asylum 08/12/2008, then the Govt. Attorney Appealed against it and the case was gone to the BOIA. BOIA dismissed the Appeal and Granted Asylum on 04/12/2010(as per the Date which the Immigration Judge) the Immigration Court Issued RELIEF on 01/11/2011.
So which Date is Applicalbe to me for Applying Green Card. |
