I heard a song on YouTube but I forgot it's name and author
It may have been a remix but it was a guy in a car who sang the lyrics "and it's okaaaaayyyyy" over and over while the background changed colors. The guy looked like he was british, and looked like Mr. Bean. Any help at all would be very helpful, thank you.
