    I have a question about accounting
    How to complete a trial balance. Where to start at? Im lost.

    First you need to get your balances of all of your accounts, then you list them with their account balances. Then you add your debits to get your total debits. You add your credits to get your total credits.

    Your total Debits should equal your total Credits.

    I have attached a sample Trial Balance for you in Excel 97-2003 format, which is the format a trial balance will look like.
