    Hiya,

    There's a dance song that goes

    A way a way awadudadine day!

    I thought it might be apache indian, but please could someone help me with the song title and artist as I typed in these lyrics! With no results!

    Deep Forest had a song in the early 90's that sounds like your description. I can't remember if the specific song is "Deep Forest" or "Sweet Lullaby" but the one I'm thinking of had a man singing what could certainly be interpreted as Native American sounding.
