What does it mean when you keep having the same dream?
I been having weird dreams since I been about 9 and I'm 19 now and it always continues where they left off. My dreams are always nightmares and some times I feel I can't move or wake up screaming and crying there was a time I was so scared to fall asleep and the dreams stopped once for about 4 or 5 month . It starts where I am walking down the street and I see men in a ally with a girl and she's screaming for help then the man stabs her over and over again and I'm there screaming and I can't run I feel the blood of the girl splatting on me. The man is always wearing a mask most of the time it's a animal mask. The girls are always different there used to be a guy in my dream that would help me by hugging me and covering my eyes and pulling me away but he stopped coming a long time ago. Once the girl is dead and covered in blood the seen changes to were I'm walking down a big huge room and there is all kinds of people crying and bleeding but at the end there's a dark shadow looking deep into my eyes I feel his pain then it starts all over again.

Is there a way to make the dreams stop or a way I can change them I tried so many things I don't watch any scary movies read any thing sad cause I feel that would make my dreams worse. And I don't think about my dreams during the day cause I feel some one is watching me or before I go to bed. People always say I'm a happy person and I am I just hate to go to sleep
