A year has passed by and now hes married whick is ok but his new wife seems to be forcing him to make contact with both myself and my daughter. She says she wants to know what her money goes to... our papers say he has rights but does he just because he sends child support? help me somebody

I know how you feel. The unfortunate thing is that he is her father. Even though he didn't see her for five years he is still her father. As much as you hate it you need to let it be. Provided, it is a healthy relationship he is starting with her. If all he is doing is bashing you and saying bad things to her then I would try to get his visitation taken away and that you would have to do in court. If he isn't being negative and is really showing a good and healthy father daughter relationship, let if grow. She will thank you in the end.

By "our papers", I assume you mean your divorce decree. A divorce decree is approved by a court. So if the papers say he has visitation rights then he has visitation rights. Actually he has thoise rights whether he pays child support or not because the court ordered it. Why would you think otherwise?

YOU can't enforce visitation but you can't block it either unless he presents a danger to the child.

No, he has rights because he is the father and the court has a court order that gives him visitation.

Child support and visitation are not connected, 1. you can't force visitation, you can only force child support. 2. He can force visitation but can't stop the child support.

If you want less visitation you could file for that in court but the fact he has decided to visit is his right.
