Stage 1 skipped on zoned geothermal system
Just added zoning to our 2-stage geothermal system. We are running with a Lennox ComfortSense 7000 touchscreen thrmostat, Honeywell zone control board and Climate master geothermal closed loop system. With the zone board I can now see which stage the pump in in and while zones 2 and 3 are going through the stage 1 for the appropriate time before calling for stage 2, zone 1 jumps instantly to stage 2. All three thermostates are set up the same with the stage 2 delay set for 20 minutes. Installer has looked at it and chaged the temp differential from 4 degrees to 0.5 degrees. Still jumping to stage 2 on zone 1. Doesn't seem right to me. Could a miss wired thermostat or zone control board cause this?

Got it figured out. The humidifier ground wire was wired incorrectly into tha zone 1 t-stat. It was hooked into the y2 slot, thus whenever the t-stat called for humidification it triggered stage 2 heat. As it's been cold and dry, this has been happening for weeks. Problem so
