    Plumbing costs of £500?
    Hi
    I have been told I need a new three way valve and pump and that the system needs flushing to get rid of the sludge. Is £500 about right for this?

    Hi Lisa...

    Sorry, but we can't help you on pricing as prices vary from city to city and state to state, right? Heck, prices can vary by hundreds just in your own town/city.

    Call 3 plumbers from your area and get 3 estimates for the work... choose the plumber that has the best references and that you feel most comfortable working with.

    Price alone should NOT be the final determinant!
