I'm looking for a movie that is action and sci fi. The plot is that in the near future the technology is developed to create androids who are linked to a remote location. The system in this remote location transmits extra power to the Android for combat as well as total control. The first Android that is created is sent on a destructive mission which fails when the human who are the good guys terminate it's link with the system. Free from the link the Android changes sides and defends against it's replacement which he shouldn't be able to defeat because his power levels are reduced to nearly human levels. He defeats the evil Android by tricking him into drawing in too much power and burning up.
