    How can I get sleepy enough to take a nap?
    I mean, in the middle of the day. I need to take a nap to catch up on sleep, and please don't tell me another way of catching up on sleep, I am just interested on how I can get sleepy enough to take a nap in the middle of the day.

    Sometimes I can and sometimes I can't but I want to make sure I do tomorrow. I was thinking maybe reading for an hour straight to fall asleep?

    Run around your house outside until you are really winded... take a break then do it again. Exercise is a great way to prime yourself for a good nap. Or nights sleep. And how many people can't use a bit more exercise.

    Reading for an hour isn't going to do it... unless it's the most boring story in the world. A good book will keep me up all night and not help me sleep.
