    Heater was on had a poweroutage now won't turn on
    Our heater was on we had a power outage now it won't come back on.

    Sounds like you had a circuit breaker trip, somethig not uncommon when power comes on and off like you experienced. You are going to have to locate and reset it. Check the main breaker but also check your heater... it could be either or both that tripped.
