    Could sewer be frozen?
When flushing toilet the water rises real high then most of the time i have to plunge it to go down. Tonight after work i noticed the water level real high in toilet which wasn't that way 4 hours before. Could it be that the sewer line is frozen? The rest of the house seems to be just fine. I live in a mobile home and it has been minus 10 below and lower the last couple days
