The theme is anti-war. It has an older black man singing. He's bald, with a slightly greying beard. He walks barefoot through a (black and white?) city. He stops and looks through a fence onto a playground where children with guns (rifles and AK-47s?) re-enact scenes of war. They have other children tied up and are beating them or marching them around. It has a great beat, maybe soul, R&B, or even rap. I saw it on VH1 early one morning sometime between 2000-2006 (sorry... ) and NEVER since. I have googled every combination I can think of-even the singer's description. I REALLY need an expert to help me ID this music video. Please help- I've become obsessed.
