    F1 to OPT to H1B. Resident tax?
    I was on an F-1 visa from August 2005 and finished F1/OPT status on July 15 2010 and was on an H1B visa ever since then. Would I be a resident or non-resident alien for tax purposes?

    For 2010, you will file resident tax return. Your U.S. Tax Return: The U.S. Visas
