I beg yu all that can help me;my name is chris and i am 19 years old im a college student and athelete and b4 you guys start to judge me *** understand me yes i know stealing is ridiculous and is also a sin but it is my first time i gett in trouble other than going to court for a traffic ticket that is all i have in my record driving with noo license.but anyway my situation is this i got caught on christmas eve shop lifting at the mall at the store burlington i stole nothing but baby clothes and kids clothes my total was $138.00 that i stole me and my family are going threw alot:( ma older brothers been in the hospital in icu for 2 months ma nieces and nephews didn't have any presents for christmas and there was no money either and no mood for us to go christmas shopping because due to my brothers health so i went out and did the unthinkable and unfortunately got caught for it but this is the deal i have court on feb 8 i didn't get my fingerprints done? Will that affect me at court? also i am an ilegal immigrant i came to this state legaly wit psssport and visa when i was 8 but havve no social security so wha this world now days calls me and illegal but my question is will i get deported? For this do i need a lawyer? I really don't know what to do i been seriously in the hospital everyday with my brother that i din have time to find out about my consequences im really scared guys and my parents don't know this because it would be really deppressing for them specially to my mother that is also sick :,( n now that my brother is really ill it will kill her finding out about my situation please people help me out wit some answers?? I need help?
