    New iPhone 4 shutting down
I got an iPhone 4 during the weekend and it has been working fine, a few minutes ago it shut down and would not turn on at all, even though it was fully charged. I read online how to reset it pressing the power button and home key for 10 min simultaneously and it worked, and seems to be working fine. My question is, is it normal for this to happen to a new phone ? Should I contact my service provider at all ? Thanks !
