    Can hardie board be put over hydronic (tube in plywood groove) heated floors?

    I will guess you are putting tile down. Yes, this is done before tiling. Most plywood will flex under load and crack the tile or tile joints.

    Yes it can, but you glue either with thinset or construction adhesive and screw into the plywood. For specifics you can go to Warmboard's website.
