I Need to Talk to a Solicitor Online Free Now?
Hi, I have received a court summons this morning about my daughters non attendance at school. We have had about 3 previous court threats, but we now have the hearing. My daughter lives between my house and her fathers. When she is at my house she goes to school but when she stays at her fathers she doesn't. She is also known to the local police for misbehaviour. I am worrieed of what this hearing will entail and I am petrified I will go to prison. What is usual for this sort of hearing? And should I get a solicitor to support me. Her father is prepared to go to prison as he won't pay a fine if that is what the outcome will be. I, on the other hand, do not want to go to prison. Please help, I am going out of my mind with worry, thanks mandi

Mandi, you don't explain enough why the situation is so severe that your daughter and both of you have to go to court because she is not going to school. And what has jail got to do with it ? What country do you live in ?

    You could try here

    Or ring on 09131301222
I found them very helpful regarding my divorce but think they do other things as well
