My Tecumseh LH195SP Snow Thrower will not turn off
I have a Craftsman / Tecumseh Snow King 4-Cycle Snow Thower (Model LH195SP), which I've owned and operated, without a problem for the past 5 years. Last week I used the Snow-blower, and it did its job, as usual... until I tried to turn it off. It would only reduce to a low-idle, but would not shut off. I had to turn the choke back to High to flood the engine to stop it. I tried to re-adjust the casing surrounding the choke and control lever, figuring that maybe it had moved, only to have the same result. I saw 2 green wires connected to a small J-shaped metal connection hanging down, and I wasn't able to find if they maybe came lose. Can you advise me what to do... more storms are coming this week. Thanks!
