    Cartoon Movie
    OK there was this cartoon movie that came out in the early 80s about the same time as the last unicorn and all I can remember is a characters name was toby and there was a scene toward the end where something was calling this character "toby..where are you toby" it was kind a creepy party.. anyone know what this is called

    Oh my gosh - I've been trying to fiure out the same thing! The creepy character was this round guy with a bugged out eye, if I remember correctly. He would roll around and scream "TOOOOBYYYYY!" in a screechy, like, synthesized voice.
