    I have a C Westchiloff painting with brass lable c westchiloff rockbound coast.It is framed and stamped on back made in osr. How do I find worth.

    Speak to a professional appraiser at an auction house. They will charge you a fee for an appraisal, but you will have an accurate value for it.
