    Credit card
    My husband passed away 2 yrs.ago,he had a credit card in his name,I have been paying on the card,am I responsible for payment??

    1. may depend on the state.
    2. what happened about probate of his estate, normally they are taken care of there ( if there was one)
    3. next of course once you started paying, they will use that to try and prove you took responsibiity, to your paying may have made you liable for it.

    4. Have you also used the card to buy anything
