How long does it take to regain pressure in water pressure tank.
How long should it take for my pressure tank to regain pressure from 30 psi to 50 psi. We just replaced the pressure switch, which went bad and killed the main breaker in my home, but I'm concerned because it seems to take a long time to re-up to max pressure. ( roughly 2 minutes ). I seem to remember it getting to max pressure in much less time.

All depends on size of tank, size of pump and flow rate of the well. Two minutes sounds quite reasonable.
