    Can home equity lender foreclose on a home?
    I am behind my 2nd and 3rd trust payments about six months and on time with 1st trust can 2nt and 3rd trust bank foreclouse my house, please answer.

    No. 3 can if he thinks he can pay off #1 & #2, sell the house, and have enough left over to pay off some or all of loan #3. But it usually doesn't happen - too risky.
