I am a nursing student and I was wondering how can I get my record esponged for something that I did 12 years ago.

You can file a motoin with the court where the conviction happened.

Each judge and court views it different and have their own rules,

They will look at the crime, any victim statements at the time, what you have done with your life, any newer arrests ( even if there were not convictions) and education you have done and more.
