    Faucet sqeals when I first turn on any faucet hot or cold at every fixture.

    Sounds like you need to check your water pressure, seems very high, should be about 45 psi. You can check the pressure by attaching an inexpensive gauge to your outside spigot. Water pressure: how to measure water pressure & water flow
