Why would you do that to your son?

Don't you think your SON has a right to know his father, regardless what YOU think of the man?

Is he abusive, or dealing drugs, or anything of that nature?

If not, you need to get past your feelings for the father and realize that your son will be better adjusted and healthier for knowing his father.

If SO, then you go to court and tell them why his father (who was apparently okay to sleep with, but not okay enough to be a daddy) is a danger to the child.

I would do that to my son because his father is not a good role model for him. He has a temper problem, and now some health problems, he has done drugs and drinks but as far as if he still does them I don't know because I haven't seen or really heard from him in 4 yrs. It has nothing to do with my feelings for him and everything to do with the safety and well being of my son he has a father figure in his life right now and has had for the past year and a half so he is better adjusted and healthier for having a figure in his life.
